Jonathan Trott, the ICC Player of the Year 2011, is in the best form of his life. Born and raised in SouthAfrica, he had a late start to his career but has blossomed into the finest no 3 batsman for England.
Trott in his purple patch would be a challenge to Pakistan. We personally would love to see him face Wahab Riaz, after what happened in the 2010 series:

Trott has just played 4 innings in Asia
that too against Bangladesh. He has not been exposed to quality spin on
spinning tracks in Asia. In the 4 innings that he has played in Asia against
Bangladesh, twice he was dismissed by the left arm spinner Shakib-ul-Hassan.
Hence, it would not be wrong to say that Trott will be challenged by the
spinning trio of Ajmal, Rahman and Hafeez.

However, in the 22 innings he has played since Pakistans tour of England in 2010, 16 times he was dismissed by the fast bowlers and only twice by the spinners (Once by a part time Medium fast bowler, Umar Amin who is not in the Pakistani test squad anymore).
Trott has been caught in the slips or in the gully or by the wicket keeper most of the times trying to drive the ball. Interestingly, Trott has been bowled 6 out of 19 times which is a weakness the Pakistani bowlers can take advantage of: Pitching it up and bowling on the stumps.

HOW TO GET HIM OUT:
Plan A: Trott's record in tests in Asia is fairly average. It shows he might struggle for runs against the spinners. Ajmal/Rahman/Hafeez should bowl attacking lines with good variation against Trott. Don't let him settle in otherwise it would be hard to get him out.
Plan B: The fast bowlers have dismissed Trott out mostly in his last 22 innings. However, those games were played in England and Australia where pitches generally assist the fast bowlers more than the spinners. Trott has been dismissed while driving so it would be ideal to pitch the ball full and move it away from the right-hander to induce edges.
Plan C: If the pitch is too flat then bowl a good length around the middle-and-off stump line. Since Trott has been out bowled 6 out of 19 times, there is a good chance of gettimg him out bowled if the bowlers bowl wicket to wicket.
